This study is an attempt to describe a human health risk assessment as a function of recreationl activities in relation to environmental pollution of El-Mex bay through studying the Haemoglobin-adducts (Hb-adducts) of three aromatic amines namely benzidine, alpha and beta naphthylamine as biomarker for exposure as well as biochemical effects of these pollutants on fishermen in this area, beside the determination of these substances in the tissues of 2 types of fish at the same area. The sturdy was conducted on 21 control male subjects and 78 volunteers fishermen, all the 99 subjects were chosen to be smokers.
